Stijn Lamberigts

Stijn Lamberigts is a counsel at Lydian specializing in criminal law, particularly in business criminal law. Previously, Stijn worked as an attorney at Eubelius and as a PhD researcher at KU Leuven and the University of Luxembourg focusing on the privilege against self-incrimination of corporations. Stijn also has experience as a visiting scholar at Duke University and a trainee at the Court of Justice of the European Union. Stijn holds a Ph.D. in Law from KU Leuven and University of Luxembourg, along with various other certificates and degrees related to criminal law and European economic law.
