Erin Bourke

Erin Bourke is a Food Technologist at Lyka since April 2024, previously serving as the Lead Sensory Scientist at Huel from February 2023 to February 2024, where responsibilities included organizing sensory studies, conducting data analysis, and presenting findings to inform business decisions. Prior experience includes roles as an Assistant Product Developer at Kellogg Company from February 2021 to December 2022, a Raw Material Technician at Mars from July 2020 to February 2021, and a Research & Development Intern at Mars in early 2020. Erin Bourke holds a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science & Human Nutrition from the University of Newcastle, completed in 2020.
