Monir Shembesh

Monir Shembesh has a diverse work experience that spans several years. In 2015, they worked as an International Student Ambassador and video content creator at Cardiff Metropolitan University. This role involved assisting with university events and providing guidance to prospective students. From 2016 to 2017, they served as a Junior Project Manager at Habka Magazine. In 2017, they joined APIIT as a Web/Hybrid applications developer, where they worked on various projects and developed hybrid mobile applications. In 2019, they worked as a Mobile Application Developer at Genting Simon SDN BHD. During this time, they gained experience in mobile application development. From 2019 to 2022, they worked at CtR (Code to Relax) as a Senior Mobile Applications Developer. In this role, they led the tech team, managed software projects, and developed desktop and mobile applications for local and international businesses. Currently, Monir is a Technical Team Lead and a Senior React Native Developer at LYKON.

Monir Shembesh obtained a Master's degree in Software Engineering Project Management from Asia Pacific University of Technology and Innovation (APU / APIIT) from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Software Engineering at Cardiff Metropolitan University from 2014 to 2017. Additionally, Monir has obtained several certifications including Psychological First Aid for Children from the Humanitarian Leadership Academy in March 2022, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services in July 2020, and Cisco Certified Network Associate from Cisco in September 2016.
