Ermie Fadhullah

Ermie Fadhullah has over a decade of experience in the rare earths industry, currently serving as the Manager of Global Operation Planning & Control at Lynas Rare Earths Ltd since December 2013. In this role, Ermie leads a team focused on reviewing and analyzing global operation planning while controlling operational costs. Previous positions include Production Manager, where Ermie oversaw safety practices in the Product Finishing Wet Circuit department, and Senior Process Engineer, responsible for the Heavy Rare Earth product stream at the Lynas Advanced Material Plant (LAMP). Ermie also held various engineering roles with a focus on process stability and equipment reliability. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS.
