Ganesh Bhat is a highly experienced geologist with a robust background in mineral exploration and resource management. Currently serving as Principal Geologist at Lynas Rare Earths Ltd since February 2020, Ganesh has led various geological projects aimed at business development and economic growth. Previous roles include Principal Geologist-Exploration at Neometals Ltd and Toro Energy, focusing on nickel and gold exploration, respectively. Ganesh has extensive experience in geological interpretation, drilling program implementation, and resource estimation, spanning over two decades in multiple companies, including Sentient Asset Management and Consolidated Minerals. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Environmental Science from the University of Sydney, a Ph.D. and M.Sc. in Geochemistry from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and a Bachelor's degree in Geology from Calicut University.
