Marcelle Watson

Marcelle Watson is an accomplished geology professional with extensive experience in various roles within the mining and resources sector. Currently serving as Production Manager and Geology Manager at Lynas Rare Earths Ltd since February 2023, Watson also holds the position of Deputy Chairperson for the Governing Council at Central Regional TAFE. Previous positions include Geology Manager at Northern Star Resources Limited and KCGM, as well as significant roles at Evolution Mining, Crocodile Gold Corp., KalNorth Gold Mines Ltd, BHP Billiton, and Resolute Mining. Watson possesses a robust academic background, holding a Bachelor of Science in Geology (Honours) from RMIT University and a Bachelor of Science in Geology from RMIT Melbourne.
