Matt Scranton

Clinical Research Consultant at Lyndra Therapeutics

Matt Scranton has a diverse work experience across various industries. Matt started their career in 2016 as an intern at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. Matt then worked as a research assistant at UMass Boston from 2014 to 2018, focusing on health disparities and developmental biology. During this time, they also served as a medical assistant at UMass Boston Health Services. In 2018, Matt joined the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute as a clinical research coordinator and worked there until 2020. In 2020, they joined Lyndra Therapeutics, initially as a senior clinical trial administrator and later transitioning to the role of a clinical scientist. Matt also has experience in the US Navy Reserve, where they served as a hospital corpsman from 2013 to 2020.

Matt Scranton attended UMass Boston from 2014 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies. In 2021, they enrolled at the University of Massachusetts Amherst for a Master of Science (MS) degree in Epidemiology, which is currently ongoing.
