Michelle Mills-Schultz

Michelle Mills-Schultz is an experienced operations professional with over two decades in the staffing and employment industry. Currently serving as the VP of Operations at Lyneer Staffing Solutions since March 2015, Michelle also holds the position of Regional Operations Manager at Tri-State Employment and has been with Corporate Resource Services and Tri-State Employer Services, Inc. since February 2006. Prior roles include Operations Manager at Stratus/Advantage Services Group from 1998 to 2006 and Supervisor at Kelly Services from 1997 to 1998. Michelle earned a B.S. in Social Services from Western Illinois University between 1990 and 1993.
