Matt Phillips

Matt Phillips has extensive experience in management and operations, currently serving as the Director of Tasting Room Operations at Lynfred Winery since September 2008. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations for tasting rooms, events, and retail spaces, as well as managing member databases and executing marketing strategies. Previous roles include District Manager and Tasting Room Manager at Lynfred Winery, and Membership Coordinator at the Wheeling Prospect Heights Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, Matt served as Assistant Managing Director for the Illinois Shakespeare Festival, where involvement included aligning artistic vision with management and developing marketing campaigns. Matt Phillips holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in French Conversation and Culture from Illinois State University and studied at Universite Catholique de l'Ouest.
