Colin Carter

Colin Carter is currently serving as the IMMS Business Director at Lyngsoe Systems since December 2020. Prior to this role, Colin held multiple positions at Innovative Interfaces from November 2005 to December 2020, including Sales Director for Europe and Africa, where responsibilities included leading a sales team and fostering partnerships with libraries, and Director of EMEA Library Engagement, focusing on relationship development within the library and information community. Colin also served as Sales Manager for various regions, overseeing sales processes for public and academic libraries in the UK, Ireland, and Northern Europe. Earlier career experience includes a Sales Manager role at Ex Libris and several Sales Manager positions at Talis Information and its associated entities from 1995 to 2004. Colin holds a BA Joint Honours degree in Library and Information Science and History from Loughborough University.
