Anna Shipunova

Anna Shipunova is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data quality, bioinformatics, and linguistics. Currently serving as a Fisheries Post Data Quality and Reports Analyst at Lynker since December 2020, Anna has previously worked as a Scientific Informatics Analyst at MBL from August 2008 to June 2022, where responsibilities included bioinformatics and database administration. Earlier roles include a position as a Linguist at ABBYY from 2006 to 2009, focusing on applied computer semantics, and as a Specialist in programming methods of text processing for the Russian National Text Corpus at the Institute of Russian Language from 2004 to 2006. Anna holds a Master of Science degree in Linguistics and Programming from Lomonosov Moscow State University, completed between 1988 and 1997.
