Jonathan Horne

Jonathan Horne has over 20 years of professional experience in engineering. In 1996, they began their career at Qualcomm as a Senior Engineer. Jonathan then moved to Ericsson in 1999, where they held the roles of Senior Staff Engineer and Systems Engineer. In 2008, they were an Engineering Consultant at General Dynamics, then in 2010 they were a Senior DSP Engineer/Manager at Power Tagging Technologies. In 2012, they co-founded Redpoint Positioning Corporation, where they held the roles of Co-founder, VP Product Management, and Co-founder & Principal Systems Engineer. In 2017, they founded Applied Improbability. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Lynq Technologies, Inc. as the VP of Engineering.

Jonathan Horne completed their Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering at Tufts University from 1990 to 1994. Jonathan then went on to pursue a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering at the University of Colorado Boulder from 1994 to 1996, with a focus on Communications and Signal Processing. During this time, they also completed a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering at INSA Lyon - Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon from 1992 to 1993.
