Public & Private Partnerships at LYNRED

Constance Motte is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public and private partnerships and international relations. Currently serving as a Public & Private Partnerships expert at LYNRED since June 2019, Constance contributes to the development of infrared detectors and R&D investments. From 2012 to May 2019, Constance held the position of Director for Europe & International at Minalogic, a leading French digital cluster focusing on micro- and nanoelectronics, photonics, and software innovation. Prior experience includes work as a Seconded National Expert at the European Commission, managing the migration and development portfolio, and as a Policy Officer within the French Ministry for Foreign and European Affairs. Moreover, Constance worked at the Policy Network and as a Parliamentary Researcher at the House of Commons. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in European affairs from the College of Europe and a Master’s degree in Political Science and Government from Sciences Po Grenoble.
