Vijay B.

Vijay B. has a diverse work experience in the aviation industry, holding various leadership roles in different companies. Vijay is currently the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Lynx Air, a position they have held since October 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Etihad from 2018 to 2021, serving as the Vice President Revenue Management and later as the VP Commercial Strategy and Planning. From 2020 to 2021, they were the Chairman of the Board at InterMiles (Jet Privilege Pvt. Ltd). Additionally, they served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors at Amadeus Gulf LLC from 2018 to 2021. Before that, they were the CEO of Av Biz International Inc. from 2017 to 2021.

Earlier in their career, Vijay B. held the position of President and Chief Executive Officer at John C.Munro Hamilton International Airport from 2016 to 2017. Vijay also worked at Air Canada Leisure Group as the Vice President Commercial from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they held various roles at Air Canada rouge, including Vice President Commercial from 2012 to 2015 and Senior Director, Network Planning from 2007 to 2012.

Vijay B. started their career at Sabre Airline Solutions Consulting as the Director/Senior Principal, Planning from 2001 to 2007. Vijay also worked at Canadian Airlines International as the Director, Route Planning from 1995 to 2000.

Vijay B. obtained an MBA degree with a specialization in Finance and Marketing from Queen's University. Vijay attended the university from 1993 to 1995.
