Cynthia Walker began their career in 2010 as an AT&T Customer Service Representative at TRG Customer Solutions. In 2013, they joined Lynx Technology Partners, Inc. as a Technical Recruiter. In 2016, they moved to Viola's Managing Group, Inc. as a Human Resources Coordinator. Later that same year, they joined Three Rivers Youth as a Human Resource Assistant. In 2017, they returned to Lynx Technology Partners, Inc. as a Human Resources Manager and Talent Acquisition Manager. In their roles, they have managed a remote workforce of 100 W2 employees and contractors, negotiated compensation packages, established vendor management processes and procedures, created job descriptions, posted jobs on job boards, scheduled interviews, processed new hire on-boarding documentation, maintained personnel files, revised policy & procedures, scheduled and recorded staff training, handled administrative documentation, assisted with worker's compensation, FMLA, and medical, screened interns and volunteers, and coordinated with Executive staff.
Cynthia Walker attended Tallahassee Community College in 2008, where they earned a Certificate in Business Education. From 2011 to 2013, they attended Community College of Beaver County, earning an Associates Liberal Studies in Business. Cynthia then attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania from 2017 to 2021, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Resource Management.
