Cody Collins

Cody Collins has extensive experience in the maintenance field, currently serving as a Maintenance Technician/Supervisor at Lyon Living since January 2023. Simultaneously, Cody holds the position of Maintenance Supervisor at EAH Housing and Maintenance Manager at Mac Ventures LLC, both roles established in 2019. At Essex Property Trust and Sares-Regis Group, Cody has been contributing as a Maintenance Technician since 2017 and February 2015 respectively. Prior to these roles, Cody worked as a Warehouse Order Selector at A.E.R. Worldwide in 2012. Responsibilities include overseeing daily property functions, managing unit turnovers, enhancing curb appeal, and collaborating with vendors as needed.
