Amy Ackerman Wisniewski

Amy Ackerman Wisniewski currently serves as the Director of People Systems & Analytics at LyondellBasell, following a nearly two-decade tenure at BP, where roles included Project Manager and HR Planning and Performance Management Director. Notable achievements at BP include implementing an organizational redesign within HR SAP and leading the integrated workforce forecasting process for global projects.
