Michele Gest

Michele Gest has over 20 years of work experience in Human Resources, with a focus on total rewards and mergers & acquisitions. Michele has held various leadership positions in global companies such as LyondellBasell and Baker Hughes. At LyondellBasell, they served as the Senior Vice President of Total Rewards, where they led a team of professionals, managed global total rewards programs, and implemented changes to improve competitiveness and fairness. Michele also built the M&A function for Human Resources, leading transactions and advising management on talent and culture issues. At Baker Hughes, they held roles such as Vice President of Human Resources Operations and Vice President of Total Rewards, where they led various HR functions, including compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, and compliance. Michele also played a key role in the transformation of the HR function and successfully managed teams during times of industry downturn and merger transactions.

Michele Gest holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Management from Texas A&M University and another Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing from the same institution. Michele also obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.
