Catharine Nicolaides Lyons has a diverse work history. Catharine Nicolaides started their career in 1984 as an Executive Assistant to the president at the Delaware State Chamber of Commerce, where they worked until 1986. In 1986, they joined the State of Delaware as a Constitutional Bicentennial Event Planner and Grant Administrator, organizing state-wide events to celebrate the Bicentennial of the U.S. Constitution.
