Cierra G. currently serves as the Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging at Lyra Health, a position held since October 2020. Prior experience includes the role of Assistant Director at Stanford University Graduate School of Business from July 2019 to October 2020, where Cierra led D&I programming for over 400 MBA candidates and managed a $700,000 budget. Cierra's experience also includes significant roles at Stanford University, The Ohio State University, and Vanderbilt University, focusing on educational initiatives, budget management, and student-athlete development. Cierra holds a Master’s degree in Student Affairs Administration from Michigan State University and a Bachelor's in Psychology from The Ohio State University, along with additional training from the NCAA Leadership Institute.
