Benedikte Brunbjerg Holm

Benedikte Brunbjerg Holm is a skilled professional in chemical engineering with extensive experience in the food industry. Currently serving as the Head of Laboratory at Lyras A/S since June 2021, Benedikte previously worked at Arla Foods, completing a Master Thesis on ice crystal formation in cheese and a Bachelor Project focused on the heat stability of whey ingredients.
