Snigdha Goley

Snigdha Goley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate strategy, product launch, and operational excellence. Currently serving in the Founder's Office at Lyric since August 2025, Snigdha previously held the role of Senior Manager of Corporate Strategy at HighRadius from January 2023 to November 2024, where contributions included designing a sales incentive plan and launching an automated performance rating product for over 3,500 employees globally. Prior to HighRadius, Snigdha was a Senior Manager at Meesho, recognized with quarterly awards for user-centric initiatives. Early career roles included consulting at Tata Strategic Management Group, where Snigdha focused on strategy for major Indian retailers, and at Strategy&, contributing to cost optimization and revenue growth projects. Snigdha holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
