Disha Rathod

Disha Rathod currently holds a position in the Founder's Office at OneAssure since April 2025. Previously, Disha served as Associate Manager at The/Nudge Institute from July 2021 to July 2024, where responsibilities included branding, advocacy, and communications for the Indian Administrative Fellowship (IAF) program, as well as working on an initiative with the Department of Women and Child Development in Karnataka. Earlier experience includes a role as Associate in the School and Community Relations vertical at Teach For India from June 2016 to April 2021, where Disha managed partnerships with schools and coached students, achieving impressive academic results. Disha began the professional journey with an internship at Globant in mid-2015. Educational credentials include a degree from RCOEM and schooling at Modern School, Nagpur.
