Natalie Doran has a wealth of work experience, having held various roles since 2015. Natalie began their career as a Marketing Intern at AmCham Singapore, providing assistance for events and providing logistical support. Natalie then moved on to Ogilvy & Mather Advertising as an Account Management Intern, co-managing the Lady’s Choice, Unilever account, managing the creative team in the Philippines, and pitching own ideas for activations. In 2017, they became a Marketing and Communications Mentor (Volunteer) at TalentTrust, where they worked alongside a team of professionals to brainstorm and implement new strategies for BSS, delivered messaging workshops for board members and senior management, and built a rapport with the charity's senior management. From 2015 to 2018, they were the Marketing Communications Manager & Storyteller for PANDOO Nation at ShiftRunner Pte. Ltd. In 2018, they became the Business Development Director at Hourvillage. Since 2019, they have been the Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer at Lytehouse and the Founder in Residence (EFSG6) at Entrepreneur First.

Natalie Doran attended the University of Birmingham from 2011 to 2014, where they earned a degree in English Literature with Creative Writing, with a field of study in English Literature (British and Commonwealth).
