Tomas Villalba Guadalupe

Tomas Villalba Guadalupe has extensive experience in human resources and training, currently serving as Técnico de selección, formación y desarrollo at MD Anderson Cancer Center Madrid since January 2011. Additionally, Tomas has worked at Hospiten since January 2008 in a similar capacity, focusing on the selection and integration of staff across various profiles. Prior experience includes working as an Administrative professional in the HR department at Atlántica de Handling, where responsibilities encompassed payroll management, recruitment, and workforce monitoring. Tomas holds a Licentiate degree in Psychology from Universidad de La Laguna, an MBA in Human Resources Management from Universidad de Vic, and is pursuing a Master's degree in Occupational Risks at Escuela Europea de Formación.
