Charles Garner

Charles Garner is the current Managing Director and General Counsel at M-III Partners. Prior to this, they served as Of Counsel at Duval & Stachenfeld LLP from May 2011 to May 2014. Charles was also previously the President of Island Global Yachting from January 2007 to November 2010.

Charles has over 20 years of experience in complex real estate, corporate, and litigation matters. Charles is known for their work in stabilizing the revenue base during the global economic crisis. Under their leadership, Island Global Yachting transformed from a start-up into a sophisticated business.

Charles Garner received a JD from New York University School of Law, cum laude. Charles also has a BA in Political Science & Urban Studies from the University of Pennsylvania, and a bachelors in business administration from The Dalton School.

Charles Garner reports to Mohsin Meghji, Managing Partner. They work with Eric De Santis - Director, Martin Young - Managing Director, and Thomas Biaggi - Managing Director.
