Amy Townson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in service delivery and project management. Currently serving as Co-Director of Service Delivery at Momentum, Inc. since April 2012, Amy oversees the department and drives strategic improvements to enhance client services. Previous roles at Momentum include Development and Learning Coordinator and Consultant, where Amy contributed to skill expansion and managed key projects for government clients. With a strong background in the public sector, Amy has held various project management positions at the Department of Public Welfare, focusing on complex projects that impact multiple agencies. Amy holds a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from York College of Pennsylvania.
