Sharmin Akter

Sharmin Akter is an HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management. Currently employed at M.M. Ispahani Limited since October 2023, Sharmin specializes in manpower budget and planning, recruitment, onboarding, KPI management, and training and development. Previous positions include Executive in HR and Administration at RANCON from December 2021 to October 2023, and Officer at the Danish Refugee Council from July 2019 to November 2021, along with an internship at Pacific Jeans in 2019.
