Priya Shah

Priya Shah has extensive work experience in various roles at CarePay. Priya began their career in 2015 as the Operations Director, responsible for building the operational team and internal operations and service in Kenya and Nigeria. Priya then served as the Director of Regional Operations from 2018 to 2019, overseeing the call center, customer experience services, medical team, coding, claims and case management, and provider relationship team. From 2019 to 2020, they held the position of Products Director. In 2020 and 2021, they took on the role of Director of Risk & Privacy Compliance at CarePay International and CarePay, respectively.

Priya Shah holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from Liverpool John Moores University. Priya also has a postgraduate diploma in Prescribing Sciences from Robert Gordon University. In addition to their educational qualifications, Priya Shah has obtained certifications such as the Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) and has been appointed as the IAPP KnowledgeNet Chapter Chair by the International Association of Privacy Professionals. Priya is currently pursuing a degree in Digital Risk Management from the Institute of Risk Management, which they will complete in 2022. Priya is set to receive the IAPP KnowledgeNet Chapter Chair certification in December 2023.
