Phil Typaldos

Phil Typaldos is the current Portfolio Development Director at M12. Prior to their current position, they were the Director of GTM & Partnership Strategy at Oden Technologies from June 2018 to March of 2022. In this role, they served as a client-facing consultant and provided program management support for agile software development portfolios. Additionally, they were responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of DevOps procedures as well as managing the DevOps team.

Before their time at Oden Technologies, Phil Typaldos was a Fellow at Global Urban Development from April 2016 to August 2017. In this role, they were responsible for training client and other contractors in agile project management practices.

Prior to their time at Global Urban Development, Phil Typaldos was a Transaction Advisory Services Senior Associate at Grant Thornton LLP from January 2014 to June 2018. In this role, they were responsible for facilitating internal and external customer interactions to gather and write requirements and conduct testing.

Before their time at Grant Thornton LLP, Phil Typaldos was a Program Manager at the U.S. Council on Competitiveness from May 2011 to January 2014. In this role, they were responsible for assisting in change management activities for implementing agile project management methodology and best practices across the client’s technology development portfolio.

Phil Typaldos has a Bachelor's Degree in Bachelor of Science, Management -and- Bachelor of Arts, Spanish from Indiana University Bloomington. Their focus is on International Relations and Economics from University of Buenos Aires. Phil also has a certification from Section4 in Prof G Certified Strategist.
