Brianne Gauder

Brianne Gauder, GBDS has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities. Brianne started their career at Target Corporation in 2002, where they served as an Executive Team Lead for 8 years. In this role, they managed non-exempt teams, handled HR processes, and managed multiple Target stores. Brianne then transitioned to the healthcare industry and worked as a Field Staffing Lead, a Sr. Healthcare Campus Recruiter, and a Process Owner for Property Management at Target Corporation. In 2015, Brianne joined M3 Insurance, where they worked their way up to become the Vice President of Employee Benefits Operations. Brianne also held the positions of Sr. Director of Client Service Employee Benefits, Director of Client Services, and Client Services Manager during their tenure at M3 Insurance. Brianne'sexperience includes managing client relationships, providing employee benefits advice, and overseeing operations.

Brianne Gauder, GBDS, earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Northern Illinois University in 2004.
