Madhu Sakthivel

Madhu Sakthivel is an accomplished leader in the field of IT and operations, currently serving as the Head of US Delivery & Operations at M3BI, a Zensar Company, since March 2015. In this role, Madhu oversees US delivery and operations, leading the Engagement Management Team and managing key relationships at the Unit CIO level. Madhu's expertise encompasses Digital, Data Engineering, Predictive Analytics, and Cloud delivery, focusing on architecting innovative solutions for sectors including Financial Services, Insurance, and Healthcare. Prior to M3BI, Madhu held several leadership positions at Syntel and Infosys, with responsibilities ranging from engagement management to quality engineering and project delivery excellence. Madhu holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the College of Engineering, Guindy.
