Natasha Norman

Natasha Norman has over eight years of professional experience. Natasha began their career in 2012 as a Summer Associate at Seward & Kissel LLP. Natasha then returned to the same firm in 2013 as a Litigation Associate. In 2015, they moved to African Revolutions as a Legal, People & Project Manager. In 2018, they joined The Kraft Heinz Company as an Employee Experience Lead. In 2020, they were promoted to Head of People & Employee Experience at Generation Success. Most recently, in 2022, they became the Head of People & Talent at m3ter.

Natasha Norman attended the University of Pennsylvania from 2005 to 2008, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Classics and Classical Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics. Natasha then attended Fordham University School of Law from 2010 to 2013, earning a Doctor of Law. In 2018, they earned a Designing Learning Certificate from the Association for Talent Development in the field of Professional Development and Training.
