Dr.mashael Bashir

Dr. Mashael Bashir, with an MBBS degree from Ahfad University for Women, currently serves as Senior Manager of Regulatory & Strategic Alliances at M42 Health since April 2025. Prior to this role, Dr. Bashir held the position of Manager of Clinical Development at Mubadala Health from January 2023 to June 2025, and before that, managed Medical Compliance at Healthpoint | Mubadala Health from November 2021 to January 2023. Dr. Bashir's extensive experience also includes a decade at Daman - National Health Insurance Company, where responsibilities included leading case management initiatives, specifically in DRG adjudication and specialty drug approvals, as well as overseeing health support programs focused on chronic disease management.
