Manager of Client Services at M6 Technologies

Jennifer joined M6 Technologies in the fall of 2017. As Client Services Coordinator, Jennifer works jointly with the clients and technicians to ensure that the services provided by M6 are both timely and effective. She is charged with the oversight of all available technical resources and scheduling of client site visits. She is also responsible for the administration and monitoring of the dispatch calendar, tickets and service calls within Autotask®, M6’s IT business management software, and will eventually carry the role of “Autotask® Champion.”
