Client Services Coordinator at M6 Technologies

Sandy joined M6 in June 2020, amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. As Assistant Client Services Coordinator, Sandy is responsible for answering the phones, creating tickets in n Autotask®, the IT business management software, and dispatching those tickets to the technical team. She maintains and updates IT Glue, the documentation platform. She also handles numerous administrative tasks at M6. Prior to joining M6, Sandy worked at Bacharach for 22 years as a secretary, at Marsh for 15 years, and at CIMG for four years as an Insurance Assistant.

In her spare time, she pushes wheelchairs at the Airport for a company called Prospect. She enjoys meeting and chatting with the folks she assists.
