Meredith Moyers

Meredith Moyers has a wealth of experience in Human Resources, Sales & Marketing, Operations, and Resource Management. In 2020, they began working as a Human Resources Manager at M7 Services, where they conducted weekly meetings with business teams as needed, providing HR guidance. Meredith also worked closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention in all company locations. Meredith then took on the role of National Account Manager at Critical Research, where they were the main point of contact between the business and customers.

Prior to 2020, Meredith worked at Aisin World Corp. of America from 2017-2020 as a Human Resources Specialist. In this role, they were responsible for talent acquisition, company benefit coordination, and conducting team member and salary internal investigations and issuing consultation disciplines. From 2014-2017, Meredith was the Director of Operations at MBI Worldwide. Meredith managed and increased the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Staff, developed and implemented strategies, policies, and practices for operations, compliance, and overall effectiveness of the company and corporate values.

Before that, Meredith worked as the Regional Sales & Marketing Operations Manager at GateHouse Media, Inc. from 2012-2014. In this role, they achieved budget circulation revenue and unit goals for all paid print and digital products, and served as Office Manager for four offices. Meredith also acted as Special Sections coordinator for all Southern Illinois newspapers. From 2011-2012, Meredith was a Material Parts Planner at BRP, where they were responsible for part inventory and scheduled deliveries of chemical, gel coat, resin, adhesive, and other FRP boat parts. Finally, from 2009-2011, Meredith was the Community Resource Director at United Way of America. In this role, they served as a representative of the United Way, developed a significant portfolio of major gift donors/prospects, managed the fundraising strategy for these, and wrote and solicited grant proposals and funding requests.

Meredith Moyers completed their high school education at Mt. Vernon Township in 2001, where they studied General and AP Courses. Meredith then attended Rend Lake College, where they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS in Music in 2003. Following that, they attended Eastern Illinois University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Tourism and Travel Services Management in 2006. In addition, they have obtained a ServSafe Certification from the National Restaurant Association in March 2017, and an FCRA Basic & Advanced Certification through NAPBS from the Professional Background Screening Association.
