Kans H. is an experienced professional in product management and quality assurance, currently serving as the Head of Product (VP) at DealRoom since May 2015. In this role, Kans oversees product discovery and delivery for an M&A lifecycle management platform, while also crafting product vision and strategy and guiding the engineering team. Prior to this, Kans held the position of Product Manager at DealRoom, directing product development for the M&A Science brand and optimizing internal processes for efficiency. Kans began a career in quality assurance at Awatum-m, progressing from QA Engineer to QA Lead, where leadership involved managing a team and ensuring the quality of software products. Kans holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and Computer Science from Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics.
