Sushma Pawar

Sushma Pawar has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Sushma most recently worked at Maantic Inc as an Associate Manager HR starting in August 2022. Prior to that, they were a Senior Executive Human Resources at IncubXperts from November 2021 to August 2022. Sushma also worked as an HR Executive at MiTej Infotech LLP from April 2018 to October 2021, and as an HR Administrator at PaExSkIn from June 2017 to March 2018. Earlier in their career, they held positions as an HR-Admin Executive at Dolphin RFID from January 2012 to June 2013, and at GA Content Solutions - India from March 2011 to December 2011.

Sushma Pawar is currently pursuing an Executive MBA in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the Department of Management Sciences (PUMBA), Savitribai Phule Pune University. In addition, they hold a Diploma of labour law from Bharati Vidyapeeth. Sushma also completed a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Bharati Vidyapeeth.
