Craig Bellamy

Craig Bellamy's work experience includes roles as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary at MAAS Group Holdings Ltd, where they assisted with the company's preparation for its IPO and listed on the Australian Stock Exchange. Craig also worked at QIC as a Manager, Global Mandates, responsible for managing stakeholder relationships and negotiating business deals. At Devine Limited, Bellamy served as both Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer, handling financial reporting and strategic advice for the company. Craig also briefly acted as CEO during their time at Devine. Bellamy has also held roles at CGB Advisory Services Pty Ltd as Managing Director, providing management consulting and advisory services, and at Trinity Limited as Chief Executive Officer. Craig has previous experience as a Non-Executive Finance Director and Chief Financial Officer in the retirement village sector. Bellamy began their career at PKF Chartered Accountants Brisbane, where they eventually became a Partner in the Audit and Corporate Advisory division.

Craig Bellamy attended Brisbane Grammar School in 1988. Craig then went on to earn a Bachelor of Business (Accountancy) from QUT (Queensland University of Technology) from 1989 to 1992. Craig later became a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia in 1997.
