Zhuldyz Niyaz

Zhuldyz Niyaz is an experienced architectural professional with a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the Kazakh Leading Academy of Architecture and Civil Engineering. Currently serving as a Project Architect/Technical Documentation Engineer at Mabetex Group since May 2023, Zhuldyz focuses on project inconsistencies, material calculations, project protection for technical supervision, and verification of subcontractors’ work. Previous roles include Architectural Coordinator and Lead Architect at Matte Construction, where Zhuldyz coordinated teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant project completions, and contributed to various projects such as Rixos Aktau and Caravan Saray while working with Sembol Construction Kazakhstan and DOME+PARTNERS. Additionally, Zhuldyz has experience in construction documentation and design software, having worked with reputable firms including TAIMAS GROUP and DOMRIY design & construction.
