Rhiannon Edwards MA, FCIPD has over 20 years of experience in HR and change management. Rhiannon has held various leadership positions in multinational companies such as Mabey Hire Ltd, phs Group, Smith & Nephew, Practicus, Halcrow, Fosroc, CEMEX, and Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise. Their roles have included Human Resources Director, Head of HR, Change Management Consultant, Global HR & Change Director, Global HR Consultant, Leadership Coach, and HR Director. Rhiannon has led a range of projects including acquisition integrations, change management initiatives, HR strategy implementation, and shared service center development. Rhiannon has experience working across different regions including the UK, Hong Kong, Australia, Middle East, Europe, Far East, Asia, and Costa Rica, Poland, India. Rhiannon's work has focused on aligning HR practices, improving organization effectiveness, implementing HR systems, and developing leadership and talent programs.

Rhiannon Edwards MA, FCIPD completed their Master of Arts (MA) degree in HR Strategy from the University of Greenwich, which they pursued from 2001 to 2003. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have obtained certifications in Korn Ferry Hay Job Evaluation, awarded by Korn Ferry in February 2023, and PPA Certified Practitioner from Thomas International.
