JR V. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and management. As the Founder of VELMON TECHNOLOGIES since October 2023, JR V. demonstrates entrepreneurial expertise. Prior to this role, JR V. has served as General Manager and Country Manager at Macadam Europe since March 2010, contributing significant strategic oversight. JR V.'s previous experience includes a position as Deployment EMEA at Raytheon from January 2006 to June 2008. JR V. holds an Executive Certificate in Strategy and Innovation from the MIT Sloan School of Management, obtained between 2020 and 2021, and has further education from MIT Professional Education and MIT Sloan School of Management.
