Matt Blinstrub

Matt Blinstrub has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Matt started their career at MacAllister Machinery Co., Inc. in 2013 as a Strategic Planning Manager, where they streamlined annual business planning and boosted revenue growth. Matt then moved on to become the Manager of Strategic Planning & Continuous Improvement, where they created a continuous improvement strategy and focused on business development and planning. In 2021, Matt took on the role of Director of Strategic Planning and Continuous Improvement, leading the organization's strategic planning and continuous improvement efforts.

Prior to joining MacAllister Machinery Co., Inc., Matt worked at Michigan CAT. Matt started as a Management Trainee and gained a comprehensive understanding of the company's operations. Matt then held various roles including Warehouse Supervisor, CSA Coordinator (responsible for equipment maintenance contracts), Operations Analyst (leading business intelligence efforts), and Operations Controller (developing annual budgets and advising on revenue projections).

Matt Blinstrub attended Michigan State University from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Packaging. In addition to their degree, they obtained certifications including a Six Sigma Black Belt and CAT Certification from Caterpillar Inc. in December 2010. Furthermore, Matt also completed the Caterpillar Flagship Leadership Program in October 2005.
