Daniela Mora

Daniela Mora is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Manager at MindgruveMacarta since June 2024, and also holds the same position at Macarta since October 2021. In these roles, Daniela collaborates with the Executive Team to develop and implement company policies focused on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), Parental Leave, and employee conflict resolution, among others. Prior to these positions, Daniela was a Partner at Red Mure Consulting, specializing in enhancing the employability skills of job seekers, and held various HR roles including Gerente de Desarrollo Organizacional y Capacitación at Seguritech and Gerente de Recursos Humanos at Brightstar Corp. Daniela holds a degree in Organizational Psychology from Universidad del Valle de México.
