Elizabeth Oo

Elizabeth Oo is a highly experienced professional in the fields of evaluation and applied research, with a focus on homelessness and urban policy. Currently serving as a Senior Evaluation Officer at the MacArthur Foundation since August 2018, Elizabeth previously held roles such as Senior Manager of Applied Research and Analysis at All Chicago Making Homelessness History and Associate Policy Analyst at the Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning. Elizabeth's expertise includes conducting mixed methods research, managing complex projects, and presenting findings to diverse stakeholder groups. Throughout a career that spans over a decade, Elizabeth has contributed to various organizations including The Urban Institute and the National Housing Trust, leveraging skills in qualitative and quantitative analysis and data visualization. Elizabeth holds a Master of Regional Planning from Cornell University and a BA in Economics and Community Health from Tufts University.
