Lauri Byrd

Lauri Byrd has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Lauri started their career at Eastside Executive Services as an Administrative Assistant, where they provided administrative support to multiple companies. Lauri also received training in bookkeeping. Lauri then worked at Emmett Koelsch Coaches as an Administrative Assistant for a brief period.

In 2001, Lauri joined QRMS, Inc. as an Administrative Assistant, where they researched quotes and processed insurance verification documentation. Lauri later transitioned to Cardinal Heating and Air, where they served as an Administrative Assistant and then as a Project Coordinator. In these roles, Lauri organized and scheduled installations of HVAC systems, improved sales productivity, and provided additional assistance to the sales staff.

From 2007 to 2017, Lauri worked at Eastside Heating and AC, Inc. as a Service Business Manager, HR Manager, and Office Manager. Lauri implemented system solutions to improve workflow and customer experience, and also researched, recommended, and managed a dispatching system.

In 2017, Lauri joined Premier Mechanical and Electric, LLC as a Business Software Consultant/Service Coordinator. Lauri consulted with the company to find and configure mobile software, designed and delivered training on the software, and created customized training manuals. Lauri focused on reducing waste and cost in daily operations.

Most recently, Lauri worked at Holmberg Mechanical as a Project Engineer from 2019 to 2021. Currently, they are employed at MacDonald-Miller Facility Solutions as a Project Engineer, starting from October 2021.

Throughout their career, Lauri has demonstrated their ability to adapt to different roles and companies while consistently improving efficiency and contributing to the success of the organizations they worked for.

From 2012 to 2015, Lauri studied at the University of Phoenix, earning a Bachelor's Degree with honors in Business Management.

Prior to that, from 2010 to 2012, they also attended the University of Phoenix and obtained an Associate's Degree in Foundations of Business.

Lauri has also obtained several certifications, including Construction Management: Reading Drawings & Specifications, Learning Bluebeam, Introduction to Photography, and Project Management Simplified from LinkedIn. In addition, they have a certification in Quickbooks 2009 1.2 from Bellevue College, which they achieved in October 2009.
