Shannon Youngberg

Shannon Youngberg is an Account Coordinator at MacDougall. She supports the account teams in media monitoring, content development and communications strategy. Prior to joining the team, Shannon graduated from Boston College with a BA in Psychology. While at BC, she discovered her passion for strategic communications and social media strategy as a Communications and Marketing Intern for Boston College Office of University Advancement. Shannon also served as a research assistant in BC’s Emotion Development Lab, where she managed the progress of a study investigating how various cultures perceive emotion. Shannon’s love for travel was sparked by her semester abroad in Stockholm, Sweden. During her time abroad, she took several psychology courses and absorbed as much of the Swedish language as she could, whether it be in the classroom or while café hopping in Stockholm’s Old Town.
