Mavis Leung

Mavis Leung is an experienced educational professional currently serving as an Educational Developer at NAIT since March 2025 and a Senior Learning Experience Designer at Crossbeam Learning Solution, which Mavis founded in June 2023. Mavis has held various roles at MacEwan University since 2007, including Senior Educational Technologist and Sessional Faculty, where Mavis has significantly enhanced student learning through innovative teaching practices and digital learning initiatives. Additionally, Mavis has served as Professional Development Chair at the MacEwan Staff Association, overseeing a substantial budget to promote a culture of continuous learning. Mavis's educational background includes a Master of Education in Distance Education from Athabasca University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Victoria.
