Derek Hydon [He/Him]

Derek Hydon has a significant work experience in the field of marketing and sustainable growth. In 1992, they co-founded MaCher, a global creative product agency that specializes in designing, manufacturing, and delivering reusable custom gift-with-purchase, secondary packaging, and loyalty solutions for clients. Derek assumed the role of President and served as a Chartered Marketer. Recently in 2022, they founded Ma Cher Switzerland SA, where they hold the position of Founder and Sustainable Growth Champion.

Derek Hydon has obtained a DipM, MCIM, Chartered Marketer degree from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing. Derek also holds additional certifications, including CIM Chartered Marketer MCIM Member, Chartered Marketer, Leadership Architect from Korn Ferry Products, and Voices 360 from Korn Ferry Products.
